DisabledGo Accessibility Guide

DisabledGo is an award-winning disability organisation, based in the UK, which produces reports detailing accessibility to venues all over the country. Disabled people visit each venue in person to survey the the facilities and accessibility to people with disabilities, be they mobility-, vision- or hearing-based.
Shopmobility
We have a free service providing both motorised and assisted wheelchairs within the galleria - please ring 01707 278301 for more information, or to book one in advance.
Disabled Parking
There are 24 disabled bays in the multi-storey car park, and 16 disabled bays in the exterior car parks.
Up to 3 hours parking is Free and entry after 6pm is Free.
Guide Dogs / Assistance Dogs are welcome.
