A free shop mobility scheme offers wheelchairs and electric scooters please ring 01707 278301 to book one in advance.

We have 1719 car parking spaces in the centre's three car parks.

• 924 spaces are undercover in the multi storey car park of which
• 24 are disabled parking bays and 26 parent and baby bays.
  
• 16 disabled car parking bays located in the exterior car parks.

There is plenty of cycle parking close to both entrances into the galleria

There are 3 bank machines at the main entrance.

 

Boobaloo kiddie carts now available for hire!

We are pleased to announce that Boobaloo carts are now available for hire at the galleria.

Boobaloo carts are designed to make the family shopping experience fun with the additional benefit of keeping your child safe. The cart can carry children up to the age of 7 in the main cart with an additional seat for a younger child within the shopping trolley at the rear.

Benefits includes

•   Makes shopping fun for your children.
•   Negates the possibility of your child wandering off while you shop.
•   All carts have a 3-point harness to ensure your child’s safety.
•   Incorporates a shopping trolley to save carrying heavy bags around.
•   Additional storage space below the trolley.
•   Affordable, low cost hire fee.
•   Free Boobaloo face mask with each hire (while stocks last)

Hire Process

•  To hire a Boobaloo cart you simply need to visit the Customer Service Desk on the upper level opposite Marks & Spencer
•  You will need to leave a deposit
•  Please note that the recommended age for children in the main buggy seat is between 1 and 7 years old with the trolley seat being suitable for toddlers: these are for guidance only and will depend on the size of the child

Hire Fees

•  £2.50 for 1 hour (Minimum hire fee)

                         

Car Valet UK are one of the largest car wash and valet companies with over 50 sites throughout the UK.   Now at the galleria , on Level 2 of the multi-storey car park, they provide a professional hand car wash and valeting service to a high standard of customer satisfaction.  With wash and valeting options starting from £6.95 for a 3* clean to a premier 5*plus you can leave your car to go shopping and come back to it sparkling clean! 

Car wash operates Monday to Sunday during shop opening hours.
