What is the charge for hiring a mobility scooter or wheelchair?
A: 

There is no charge for hiring a mobility scooter or wheelchair at the galleria. Just bring along proof of address

Q: 
I've forgotten my Privilege Club password and can't log in to the galleria's website- what do I do?
A: 

If you can't remember your password, please click the "privilege club" link on the left menu of the site. You'll then see a "Forgotten your password?" link which you can click. On the next page, enter the e-mail address that you registered with, and if it's in our database, you'll be asked for the answer to your security question which you chose when you signed up. If your answer correctly matches the answer you specified previously, then you'll receive an e-mail containing a new password.

If you can't remember your answer, we can delete your account and you can re-register. For security reasons we cannot reset your password for you.

Where is the nearest bus or train stop?
A: 

The nearest train station is Hatfield, which is a 10 minute bus or taxi trip. The bus stop is located on the same side of the road as the galleria, on the other side of the subway bridge. You can catch an Arriva 300 or 301 bus.  For more information on bus timetables please go to the arriva website or telephone 0870 608 2 608.

Where can I catch a taxi?
A: 
You will need to order a taxi. A list of local taxis is available from the Information Desk. The taxi pick up area is at the south entrance (by the bus stops).

There is a job vacancies board located at the Customer Services Desk. You can also check the latest jobs on this website - click "customer information" on the left menu, then "vacancies".

No, there is no coach parking at the galleria. However, we do have a coach drop-off point where coaches can drop peopl; off and then pick them up later.

There is a Bureau De Change in Hatfield town centre.

There isn't a post office on site, but there is a post box located outside at the south entrance of the centre (by the bus stop). The nearest post office is located Hatfield Town Centre which is about a 10 minute walk away. You are able to purchase books of stamps at Superdrug & Clinton Cards.

What time does the car park close?
A: 
The external car park at the galleria is open 24 hours, is fully lit and very secure. However, there is no access to the multi-storey car park after the centre closes at: - 8 pm weekdays - 6 pm Saturdays - 5 pm Sundays

What do I do if I lose my car park ticket?
A: 

If you lose your car park ticket please do the following: - outside of centre hours please call our control room on 01707 256 860 x 231 - during centre hours please go to our Customer Service Desk Lost tickets are charged at the full daily rate of £5.

How do I pay for parking?
A: 
This depends on whether you park in an external (outdoor) car park, or in one of our multi-storey car parks. If you park in one of the external car parks, these are Pay & Display and there are ticket machines in each car park. You will need to pay in advance and display the ticket on your dashboard. If you park in one of the multi-storey car parks, you will be gien a ticket as you enter and you will need to pay before returning to your vehicle. Pay machines for the multi-storey car parking are located on both the upper and lower levels of the centre: - Upper level pay machine is located in the corridor by Marks & Spencer and Mexx - Lower level pay machine is located in the corridor by Oasis and Soled Out. Rates are the same regardless of where you park.

Are there car parking concessions for disabled people?
A: 
There is free parking for up to 4 hours for disabled people in the car parks on site. There are designated car parks: - Outside – located under the bridge (where our restaurants are located) - Multi storey car park – located on levels 3 and 5. What to do once you park your car: - Outside – leave your blue badge (photo ID) and clock (set at the time you arrive) on your dashboard. - Multi storey car park – leave your clock (set at the time you arrive) on your dashboard, bring your blue badge (photo ID) and car park ticket (issued when you enter the building) to the Information Desk. The person on the photo ID needs to present both the blue badge and car park ticket to the Information Desk who will waive the charges.

What time do the restaurants and leisure operators open?

The restaurant and leisure opening times do vary, though the majority are open by 10am. Some of the restaurants and leisure operators do have late licences so if you are planning a visit please do check this with the venue you intend to visit. The cafes operate the same hours as the retail.

The retail outlets will be open from 10am - 6pm on Bank Holidays.

Is there a chemist or pharmacy on site?

No, we do not have a pharmacy on site. We do have a Superdrug at the galleria where you can purchase basic pain killers, plasters and feminine products. This is located on the lower level, between Petroleum and Price Drop TV.

There are public toilets (including disabled toilets) at the galleria. Where can I purchase the galleria gift vouchers, and which places accept them?
A: 
At the moment we don't sell galleria gift vouchers, however we are launching a new gift card in July 2007. This will be sold at the Visitor Information Desk located on the upper level. The new gift card is a debit card so is accepted in the majority of our retail outlets, restaurants, cafes and the Odeon cinema.
